The Terminator Series 1 – T-1
This is the first Terminator robot manufactured by Cyberdyne under the Cyber Research Systems or CRS badge. The Terminator T-1 was designed to empty battlefields of enemies using its powerful weapons. The first series robot was created in 2003 and as Cyberdyne had not yet perfected bipedal walking robots they moved using tank style treads.

Terminator T-800

The Terminator Seies 70 – T-70
The Cyberdyne Systems Series 70 Autonomous Infantry Unit was the first to resemble the human form. At the start of the war against man Skynet chose to use them to guard strategic facilities as opposed to the battlefield as they had very few models available.

The Terminator Seies 400 – T-400
The Terminator T-400 was designed as a cheap soldier capable of gaining access to human camps. Due to a small database and inability to learn meant humans could predict the T-400’s predefined reactions to situations. The series 400 was the first robot to possess useable fingers and be able to use human weapons.

The Terminator Series 500 – T-500
The T-500 was the first Terminator Endoskeleten produced. The robot could make use of a powerful processor and was able to make multiple battle calculations – although it only had basic learning capabilities. The Terminator T-500 was quicker and stronger than the T-400 and as a result killed off a tenth of the surviving human population on its first deployment.

The Terminator Series 600 – T-600
The T-600 was a primitive Infilitrator Terminator which was produced in huge numbers by Skynet. The Terminator 600 Series comprised of a titanium alloy endoskeleten which could be hid beneath a rubber skin. The T-600 had three operational modes – direct, automatic or autonomous and could be controlled from Skynet defense computers, react to events in a pre-programmed way or act independently.

The Terminator Series 800 – T-800
The Terminator T-800 was the first cybernetic organism created by Skynet and comprised of a hyperalloy endoskeleten covered with living tissue. The Series 800 also benefited from one of the most powerful microprocessors ever produced and was able to learn, identify human anatomy and hold files on human physiology to make it a highly effective killer.

The Terminator Series 850 – T-850
The series 850 was an upgrade to the T-800 which were vunerable to plasma weapons which had been captured by resistance fighters. The T-850 had a more durable endoskeleten which was more resistent to plasma weapons, a skin which peels away more easily for repairs and hydrogen fuel cells for greater power and longer life.

The Terminator Series 1000 – T-1000
The T-1000 Terminator was made flom a mimetic polyalloy or liquid metal which had the ability to take the shape of any similar volumed object it touched. The Terminator T-1000 had the ability to read lips and synthesize speech patterns. As this model had a liquid metal construction it was able to regenerate and allow bullets to pass through it.
